Various errors can occur if communications or connectivity issues exist between the vWorkspace Connection Broker(s) and the Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) system(s) or Terminal Servers.
You may receive various errors upon VDI computer initialization displayed by the vWorkspace Management Console. Some examples are listed below:
The Quest Data Collector service on the Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) computer or TS cannot communicate with the Connection Broker server or the Connection Broker server cannot connect to the Quest Data Collector service on the VDI/TS computer.
