If you are connected to the vRanger machine via RDP when installing vRanger, some vRanger components required for FLR may be installed in an unexpected location, causing them to be unavailable when requested by vRanger. This will cause FLR tasks to freeze while displaying "Loading . . ."
Workaround
If this occurs, log out of your RDP session (do not simply exit), and reconnect. vRanger will reinstall the required tools
