A possible solution is to do:
Remove the host from the vRanger inventory
Stop the services in this order:
*vRanger API service
*vRanger file level restore service
*vRanger service
Then start the services in this order
*vRanger service
*vRanger file level restore service
*vRanger API service
Add the host in the vRanger Inventory.
