Reports are running on their own scheduled time, but than again 30 mins later

Several reports that should run once per day; something changed on/around that is causing reports to not just run on their regular schedule, but again 30 minutes later. Cannot find where it's getting this additional schedule, nothing has changed in the environment. What is the cause?
