1. Go to C:\Program Files\Quest\UC Analytics\
2. Right click on DeploymentManager.exe, and select "Run As Administrator"
3. Click on Tools | Create Support Package
4. Click Create and it will save it to the Desktop.
5. Attach the log files directly to your Service Request here:

Note: You can also enable Extended (debug) Logging from this screen. Debug Logs would only be requested by Technical Support.
