Log Reader is used to read an online transaction file that is18M in size. Toad for SQL Server is installed directly on the Windows server housing the SQL Server database. The Windows server has 64G of RAM available and it has 64 bit OS. Increasing the TEMP variable folder size did not resolve issue.

Unsupported 64 bit OS. Log Reader is a 32-bit application and is limited to 2GB of RAM.
