WORKAROUND 1:
If you already have a commercial license for Toad you can contact your sales representative directly, or contact general sales at sales@quest.com. Ask for a trial override key that will enable these extra features.
Please note, if you have an older version of Toad for Oracle (9.7 or older) installed, you may need to upgrade to a newer version before being able to use a key sent by the sales representative.
WORKAROUND 2:
Download the current trial version from the Download Trial page, and click the download button under the 'Trial' column, or the 'Download Free Trial' button on the specific product page.
When you download this trial it will include the trial key, which will enable full functionality in Toad, including Xpert edition and DB Admin module.
