Toad: Materialized Views are slow to return info in Schema Browser

Selecting a Materialized View and clicking on the Info tab on the Right Hand Side of the Schema Browser and it takes 1 hour to return results in Toad for Oracle 12.1. In Toad for Oracle 11.6, it only takes seconds.
