Get "Object reference not set to an instance of an object" error opening Query Builder (.tsm) file

Getting the below errors when trying to open a query builder (.tsm) file, created in v3.2, in v3.7.

"There has been an error while decoding the Where Condition part of the saved model.  The model will open without the Where Condition."

Clicked OK and then got this error...
