We configured email approvals.Stat is not updating the database with approval information for some email approvals. Stat admin is manually updating the approval information for the CSR. We need help in finding root cause and fixing this issue.
原因
Multiple stat db sharing the same inbound email account.
対策
Make sure that no other db is using the same inbound email account.
