Oracle agent sometimes goes down while fetching objects
説明
On one environment while fetching objects that agent attempts to fetch but never returns. Once this happens, the agent is effectively down although the MERC_WAKE table still shows it as up.
原因
Firewall timeout issue configuration.
対策
It is needed to make some changes to settings on the Stat Central Agent to prevent firewall timeouts per Install_Note.pdf | Firewall Tiemout section.
