Workload Analysis and Wait Events screen don't display data in certain instances. Confirmed the account used in Spotlight has sysadmin rule and the Extended Events session is created.
原因

A Microsoft issue with Extended Events when the account used to create the Extended Events does not have the default database as Master:

Change the default database of the account used in Spotlight to Master.
