How to disable alarm "Windows host is in an unscheduled outage: Windows Registry connection".
対策
Select Configure | Alarms from Spotlight ribbon bar. Scroll down to "Monitored Server - Windows Secondary Connection Failure". Check "Override the default settings" check box. Click on Values link at bottom of window. Select "Windows Registry connection" from value drop down and hit Add and OK. Hit OK again to close Alarms window.
