Error received when add in the license key after installing Spotlight on Oracle 4:
"Access violation at address 142F263E in module 'SoOClassic.spx' Write of address 00000065"
1) Exit out of Spotlight completely.
2) Rename the QuestLicenseManager.DLL file to QuestLicenseManager.old. By default, this file will be located in the C:\WINDOWS\system32 directory.
3) Launch Spotlight and try to connect again.
