When executing the Shareplex utilities, following error occurs:
Can't open param-defaults file (/<shareplex_product>/../data/param-defaults)
Couldn't init parameter database: exiting...
Product Defect. Caused by setting SP_SYS_BINDIR to a directory, other than <proddir>/bin.
Workaround:
Unset the environment variable SP_SYS_BINDIR
or
Set it to <proddir>/bin directory.
The setting of environment variable SP_SYS_BINDIR to <proddir>/bin directory is a part of the object cache changes introduced in 7.5.2.x and 7.6.x and will be removed in 7.6.3.x version.
