There are certain SQL and Exchange agents (physical or virtual) that are receiving warning alerts once a night around midnight about a transfer error even though every backup is successfully completing according to their protection intervals and have not been missed.
Core console application UI error:

This is a known defect id RR-102567:
"Warning about not existing writer on agent (SQL or Exchange depending on instance installed) appears while log truncation " VSS Full snapshot was taken with excluded VSS writers 'Microsoft Exchange Writer has state '' error ''
It is a defect that affects both the core and the agent machine on an older build prior to version 6.2.1.
This issue is resolved in Rapid Recovery 6.2.1 whereby both the core and the agent builds must be upgraded to the same release version. The installers for the most recent build of Rapid Recovery can be found @ Rapid Recovery - Download Software.
The workaround for the issue at the moment is turning the notification off for the time being.
To disable this Warning, disable the below Event from the Core GUI:
This does not impact backups which are working successfully, and the notification is specifically regarding excluded VSS writers.
