There's no speed statistics collected with On Demand Migration.
For the best performance migrating mailboxes:
On the target Office 365 tenant for mailboxes being migrated, ensure the Retention Policies, Litigation Holds and Calendar Cleanup tasks are not enabled.
We recommend a mix of 500 mailboxes (or less) per collection with different sizes and item counts. Avoid adding mailboxes with the highest item counts and/or size within the same collection; instead, try to feather these large mailboxes amongst the collections.
For best migration throughput and performance, an “EWS Throttling Policy” will need to be requested from within both the source and target Microsoft 365 tenants. See this KB article for additional details.
We suggest migrating no more than 500 mailboxes simultaneously.
