Desktop Update Agent (DUA) frequently ask questions- The agent will also configure outlook / OD / Teams if those are not configured already with source mailbox or not.
- If the device also migrated to target domain / tenant, in this case the user login to device with target login details which creates new windows profile, where outlook, teams and OneDrive is not configured. In this case how the agent will work?
- Can DUA create an account under the "work and school account" for Windows 10?

- The agent will also configure outlook / OD / Teams if those are not configured already with source mailbox or not.
- No, DUA will only perform an update when Outlook is connected to the source mailbox
- If the device also migrated to target domain / tenant, in this case the user login to device with target login details which creates new windows profile, where outlook, teams and OneDrive is not configured. In this case how the agent will work?
- This scenario will not work because the agent need to access to source profile. If you would like to retain the source profile after device migration, you can perform device migration using ODMAD. the details of the product feature and function, please contact sales representative for assistance.
- Can DUA create an account under the "Work and School account" for Windows 10?
- When the user enters credentials to sign in to the target, if they select OK on the 'Sign in to All Apps' prompt, an account will be created under work/school accounts.
