Labeling multiple tapes in NetVault 11.1

Here is procedure for labelling tapes that may speed up the process because this way it is not necessary to blank media first.
1. in device management select the cog in line with the library and select media label
2. we get a popup to select any tape bank or tape that are reusable select these 2 options under “Type of Media”
3. you can then select “Type of Label” user-defined put label in label string, group name in “group label”, slot number in seed and type LABEL in “Enter 'LABEL' to confirm request” at the bottom. Then ok
4. noticed that the web page leaves media label greyed out in tape library so bit inconvenient if you want to label another straight after. I just hit CTL F5 to reload the page and the select label media gain.
