When a date filter is set any recurring meetings that were originally scheduled before the range specified by the filter and occur in the future will not migrate
Like Exchange, Notes stores repeating meetings as single instance with a recurrence rule. If the creation date is prior to the date set in the filter none of the meetings will be migrated.
In order to migrate the required repeating meetings a two phased migration strategy may be used. One for the Calendar and one for mail.
