The additional requirements that would be necessary to collect data from Exchange 2010 servers would be the following:
1. Set the default connection server to be an Exchange 2010 CAS Server and Provide a Connection Mailbox (Needs to be a 2010 Mailbox, which the service account had full access to)
a. In the MessageStats Console Expand "Exchange Organizations"
b. Right Click the Exchange Organization Name and select "Properties"
c. Click the "Connection Server" Tab
d. Check the "Connect to an Exchange 2010 Organization" Radio button
e. key in the Netbios name of an Exchange 2010 CAS server
f. key in the name of an Exchange 2010 logon mailbox (Service account needs full access rights)
g. Click OK

** Previous MAPI-CDO Clients Must be Removed Prior to the install of this version. It will not upgrade previous versions of the MAPI-CDO 1.2.1, and will not warn that there is a previous version installed.

3. PowerShell 2.0 Must be installed on the MessageStats server to allow remote powershell connections to the Exchange 2010 Servers. This can be downloaded as part of the Windows Management Framework package:

4. Exchange server 2010 does not share it's Message Tracking Logs by default. You must share this folder granting at least "Read" permission to the MessageStats Service account, on all Hub Transport and Edge Severs. This folder can be shared with a default share name of "MessageTracking" or alternate share names can be defined in the properties of these servers in the MessageStats Console.
