Does the online License Portal support SSO and SCIM for secured access, automated license administration, entitlement governance?
SSO authentication is supported when end users sign in to the product using their Quest account with SSO. See the attached screen capture.
Before users sign in, administrators can assign seats individually or use the bulk assignment option to assign seats to multiple users. Watch the quick video for details.
User Provisioning and Entitlement Management - SCIM is currently not supported for automated user provisioning or deprovisioning.
The License Portal provides centralized management of Toad subscription licenses and user entitlements. However, it does not currently integrate directly with Microsoft Entra ID groups to automatically assign or revoke Toad licenses based on group membership. License assignments must currently be managed manually through the License Portal.
SCIM support and additional identity and access management capabilities will be considered for future enhancements as Quest Authentication expands its support for additional SSO options.
