The License Attribute definitions are as follows:
AI Capable - AI features can be purchased using AI Add-On licensing on top of your current license
AI Ready - AI has been purchased for the license either as part of the original license or an added AI Add-On, but the AI features have not been enabled by your license administrator. See KB 4374955 for details on how to enable AI features.
AI Enabled - AI has been enabled by your license administrator for usage.
AI Not Supported - AI is not supported for the license
