When unregistering a group policy without removing history and if you want to register this same group policy in a different container it will not stay in the new container. Instead, it will go back to the original container were the group policy existed before unregistering it.
原因
This is expected because by keeping history the group policy will remember its original location.
対策
You may drag and drop a group policy from its former container to a new one without unregistering it first. By doing this, it moves a group policy to a new container successfully without loosing history.
