Can Archive Manager work with Guid Partition Table (GPT) volumes larger than 2 TB?
MBR partitions support a maximum size of 2TB, however GPT volumes allows larger partitions to be used. If an attachment store is up to the 2TB limit is it possible to use a GPT partition to allow a larger attachment store?
STATUS
Archive Manager is reliant on the Operating System (OS) to manage the files so if the OS supports the filesystem Archive Manager should too. However this has not been tested with GPT partitions larger than 2TB so any problems arising from such a configuration would be unsupported.
Enhancement request number TF00647415 has been submitted for consideration in a future release of Archive Manager.
WORKAROUND
Create an additional attachment store using this solution: SOL22800
