This is a known issue in version 10.0.0.6972 and 10.0.0.6973.
If you want your orginal settings back in Spotlight please downgrade to 9.5.2. If that was the version you have upgraded from and then replace the Agent directory (on Diagnostic Server) and both databases (Playback and Spotlight Statistics Repository) with the backup you made before upgrade.
New version 10.0.0.6975 or later has the fix included.
