addVMServiceToIgnoreRegVal script is being invoked a lot causing FMS overhead
The addVMServiceToIgnoreRegVal script updates a reg var to ignore the services created by vm ware cartridge. When there is is frequent updates from Vmware objects (volatility or churn) the script goes through the reg var service unnecessarily.
APM-5729 has been identfied and filed to performn reg var operations only on newly created vmware services. Patched with Cartridge for Application Operations 5.9.6
