How to edit/modify alarm email message?

Please find the below Steps to modify alarm email message:

1. Go to "Administration | Rules & Notifications | Rules"
2. Select the rule, clike on "View & Edit" and then on "Rule editor"
3. Expand any/all of the severity condition levels and select the "Action" tab
4. Click on the "Email Action" (which is a link)
5. Click the value column of "mail.message"
6. On the pop-up window select the tab "User Defined"
7. Here enter the needed email message
8. Finally save the changes

The same you can do with other email components like subject, recipient, etc.
