Why does MessageStats misreport group membership for Blackberry Enterprise Server (BES) 5 users?
User Groups was a feature in BES 4.x. MessageStats supported this feature by reporting which group each user belonged to. User Groups is still a feature in BES 5.x. However the location of the user group information has been moved in the BES configuration database. MessageStats gathering needs to be updated to collect user group information from the new location and it should work with BES 4.x servers as well as BES 5.x servers.
