Can ChangeAuditor Client access be controlled with local administration groups (4233641)

Can ChangeAuditor Client access be controlled with groups created on the local server and not use the Active Directory based groups.

By default ChangeAuditor Client access is controlled with two Active Directory based groups created during Coordinator installation:

ChangeAuditor Administrators - InstallName

ChangeAuditor Operators - InstallName

There are no local groups created during the installation.

If the goal is to use local groups and not have the Active Directory based groups created use the following steps:

1. Install the Coordinator logged in with a Local Administrator account which is not a Domain Admins group member
2. Click 'Ignore' twice to the message, "Cannot create group account (Domain Name). Please check if domain controller is available and retry.". The install will then prompt another warning that the setup has failed to create the ChangeAuditor administration security groups. Click "OK" to this message and the installer will complete as normal
3. Open Administration Tools | Computer Management | Local Users and Groups
4. Create the two following groups:
   ChangeAuditor Administrators - InstallName
   ChangeAuditor Operators - InstallName
   ('InstallName' is the name specified (if altered) for the installation during the Coordinator install. By default the name is 'Default'.)
5. Add the desired member(s) to the Change Administrator and Operator groups
6. Restart the Coordinator service
7. Log off and back on to pick up the group membership changes.
