In the naming conventions tool, when trying to import a CSV file in the Word Replacement glossary, none of the words imported will automatically be replaced (abbreviated words) in the Physical Model. The options are set for entities to be applied for naming conventions.
WORKAROUND:
1. Open the Naming Conventions Properties.
2. Click on the Glossary tab and select the Glossary desired for Word Replacement.
3. In the Words section, highlight all contents of the words and copy them.
4. Click the Add button and create a new Glossary with a different name.
5. Then paste all the data copied in the Words section again.
6. Click Apply and OK and then create a new Entity to test if the abbreviation (word replacements) are working.
