Start | Run | mstsc /console (opens remote desktop connection)
Control Panel | Adminstration Tools | Add/Remove Programs | Add New Programs | Run Install Programs (choose LiteSpeed/msi)

Run the Command as Administrator
1. Click Start button.
2. Type in "cmd" in the Search box.
3. Right-click on "cmd" that appears in the results and click "Run as administrator".
4. The changes are applied immediately
5. Restart the LiteSpeed Installation.

Browse to c:\windows\system32 folder and right click on cmd.exe and select "run as administrator". Even though you are an administrator, Vista limits permissions unless you run as the administrator user.
