Unable to forward, reply or 'Send to me' any email messages within Archive Manager and instead the following error is displayed:
"An email can not be sent as there is no email address associated with this user account"
Login with an account that has a valid SMTP address and has access to the message you want to forward, reply or 'Send to me'.
In the Archive Manager website, look under Administration > Login and click the blue Edit button beside the user. There should be an email address displayed here.
