Error Message: 2355 - Configuration mismatch.
Uninstall/re-install VMware Tools on the affected VMs.
To uninstall VMware Tools:
1. Login to the VM.
2. Using the Windows Control Panel, uninstall or remove "VMware Tools".
3. Reboot the VM to complete the operation.
To install VMware Tools:
1. Power on the guest operating system of the VM.
2. Using the vSphere Client, connect to the vCenter or ESX host.
3. Right-click the VM in the inventory; select Guest> Install/Upgrade VMware Tools.
4. When prompted for user action, select the option to Run Setup.exe. If AutoPlay does not begin, navigate to the DVD Drive on the VM using Windows Explorer and double-click the Drive icon. Double-click the appropriate setup.exe, depending on the guest OS version; "setup" for 32-bit, "setup64" for 64-bit.
5. Use the VMware Tools wizard to install the Tools.
6. Restart the VM to complete the install.
