To resolve this issue, complete the following steps.
NOTE: Backup the registry prior to completing these steps.
WARNING: If the volume that contains the database logs is removed/deleted, AppAssure will not be able to restore the database.
- Stop the Core Service.
- Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\AppRecovery\Core\Agents\{guid_id_of_agent}\AgentProtectionConfiguration\ProtectionGroups\0\VolumeNames\{volumes} and delete the volume folder that does not need protection.
- Restart the service
