The option for virtual tape library (VTL) is a question asked during installation. If later it is decided that a VTL is needed a procedure for adding it is needed. -
原因
Selected "no" for installing VTL during installation. -
対策
You can add VTL by running the installer as a privileged user
UPG_FORCE=1 ./qs_inst_x.x.x.xxx.bin -- --install-vtl
