This can be remedied by simply deleting the old alerts_db and creating a new one:
1. Stop the InTrust services
2. Delete the InTrust_Alerts_DB
3. Create a new InTrust_Alerts_DB
4. Ensure the InTrust service account has DBO role on the newly created InTrust_Alerts_DB
5. Restart the InTrust services. The InTrust Real-time Monitoring will execute the required scripts against the database to prepare it for usage.
