When connecting to an Azure SQL database, the installer cannot connect due to the TLS version.
An error message similar to the following appears in a popup when the connection is attempted
Failed to establish a Azure SQL Database JDBC connection protocol to Host [HOSTNAME-DATABASE], user account [USERNAME] .
Reason : [[Foglight][SQLServer JDBC Driver][SQLServer]Reason: Login failed due to client TLS version being less than minimal TLS version allowed by the server.- Profile:AzureProfile{server='HOSTNAME', database= 'DATABASENAME', username='USERNAME', authType= 'SQL_SERVER', port= '1433', socketTimeout= '0', packetSize= '0', ApplicationIntent= 'NONE', enforceSSLVersion= 'NONE', lockTimeout= '10000', codePageOverride = '' }]. . [Azure SQL Database Error Code = 47072. SQL state : HY000]

This issue has been logged as defect FOG-930 and has been fixed in the 6.0.0.10 and higher releases of the SQL Server cartridge.
