Collection failure alarms are generated for the CRS Resources collection of the DB_Oracle_CRS agent.
The following error is present in the agent logs:

java.lang.RuntimeException: Failed to execute collection [CRS_Resources], reason=Failed to run query on host HOSTNAME
Caused by: java.lang.RuntimeException: Failed to run query on host HOSTNAME
Caused by: java.lang.RuntimeException: Failed to parse CRS status result: cannot parse output line [TARGET=]. Expected format: NAME=value
From the output of the "crsctl status resource" the following resource is present:
NAME=ora.LISTENER_LEAF.lsnr
TYPE=ora.leaf_listener.type
TARGET=
STATE=
WORKAROUND
This error can be prevented by adding the resource "ora.LISTENER_LEAF.lsnr" to the "Excluded CRS resources" list of the agent.
STATUS
This enhancement was logged as FOM-73 and has been included in the 5.9.7.10 and higher releases of the Oracle cartridge.
