After validating the connectivity for a SQL Server agent the changes can't be saved. After clicking "Save Changes" the progress bar in the "Applying Modified Settings" popup window is stuck at 0%
There are 2 DBSS-Installer agents deployed to the same FglAM.
The following error is reported in the Management Server log around the time the Save Changes button is clicked.

WORKAROUND 1: There should be only one DBSS-Installer agent deployed to a particular FglAM. If there are 2 DBSS-Installer agents deployed to the same FglAM execute the following steps:
1). Delete both of the DBSS-Installer agents deployed to the FglAM.
2). Execute the following steps to recreate the installer agent:
a). Under the Databases Dashboard choose to add a new SQL Server agent (Monitor | SQL Server).
b). Click the "Use this Option to discover multiple SQL Server instances" link.
c). Choose the FglAM radio button,
d). Click Validate
This should recreate the DBSS-Installer agent.
3). Try the validating and saving again.
WORKAROUND 2:
Reset the DB_SQL_Server_UI cartridge from the Cartridge inventory page (Administration | Cartridges | Cartridge Inventory). Put a check mark next to the DB_SQL_Server_UI entry, and then click the "Reset" button.
WORKAROUND 3: Restart the FMS.
If the FMS uses a HA configuration make sure that both HA nodes are stopped before restarting. Stop the Secondary HA node, then stop the Primary HA node, start the Primary HA node, and then restart the secondary HA node.
