Active directory account for CN=Test NameOU=XXXXX/OU=XXXXXX=Media was not found
This is not an error. This is an informational message stating the Contact object could not be found.
The user mailbox will still be created.
If not, make sure there is a user sAMaccount name in Notes Migrator (CMTe) person document (exsamaccountname field), and this value matches what is in AD.
If the mailbox did not get created, do you have the Settings - User Provisioning tab configured correctly for these object?
Do you have an AD User account for each of these objects? The object must be a "User Account" and not a "User Mail Account", or Notes Migrator will not be able to provision the Exchange mailbox.
An AD contact is not required, but an AD User Account is required for this process to work.
