Benchmark Factory will spawn SQL PLUS for wo reasons:
1. Benchmark Factory will spawn a SQL PLUS command window for Capture/Replay when it does a database restore.
2. Benchmark Factory will spawn a SQL PLUS command window if the user adds an Execute File Test to the job which uses a SQL PLUS command window or if the user adds to execute a file between iterations.
