Archive Manager services do not start after the Archive Manager system reboots.
SQL Server and Archive Manager are installed on the same machine. SQL services are taking a longer time to start, Archive Manager services are not able to start and stay running because the SQL service is still trying to start up.
WORKAROUND 1
Reconfigure the Archive Manager services and make them dependent on the SQL service. This is to allow the SQL Services to start first before Archive Manager services.
Refer to this Microsoft KB to configure the dependancy
https://support.microsoft.com/en-ca/help/193888/how-to-delay-loading-of-specific-services
WORKAROUND 2
Open the Services console and for each Archive Manager service go to Properties, General Tab and set the startup type to "Automatic (Delayed Start)"
