When trying to synchronize the offline client, no mails are syncronised and the following error is logged in the Offline Client Log File:
T:5196 Error Id:0xc0000030 [QsArchiveOfflineExt_] A critical error occurred. Description: 'MAPI error: MAPI_E_INVALID_ENTRYID'
Reinstall the offline client.
