"Error: File access is denied." when importing PSTs using Archive Manager PST Import Wizard (4216786)

  Error message when importing emails from PST using Archive Manager PST Import Wizard:

13:11:26  Error: File access is denied. You do not have the permission required to access the file C:\Users\user\Desktop\Archive manager logs\archive.pst.

13:11:26  Component: Outlook Data File

This is usually caused by the following:

1.  PST file "Read-only" attribute is selected.
2.  PST file is corrupted.

RESOLUTION 1

• Make sure that the "Read-only" attribute from the PST file is not selected.

RESOLUTION 2

• Use a tool to repair the PST.
