After upgrading to Archive Manager 5.4, any mailboxes that are assigned to groups do not display in the new web portal.
Switching to the old website allows the mailboxes to be viewed.
Any mailboxes assigned to users directly also appear correctly.
RESOLUTION
2. Stop all the Archive Manager services.
3. Make a backup copy of one of the following files:
\ApiWebService\bin\Quest.AM.Public.SDK.dll
4. Extract the following files from the above hotfix package:
5. Replace all the files listed in step 1 with the one you extracted from this hotfix package.
6. Restart IIS.
7. Copy the file DBUpdateHF-5.4.0.488 to the folder , e.g. C:\Program Files (x86)\Quest\Archive Manager
8. Open a command prompt and navigate to folder .
9. Run the file DBUpdateHF-5.4.0.488 from Command Prompt
