Currently if you specify a preferred (DC) Domain Controller within the Active Administrator console (Configuration| Preferred Domain Controllers), and that DC goes offline, an error occurs stating that the server is not operational.
Instead of throwing and exception error, another DC should be automatically selected or add the ability to have additional preferred domain controllers per domain.
