Descrizione

The Skype for Business/Lync Configuration data collection is complete, however, the Collect users is 0.
This data collection reports zero users were collected and never reports anything different. Although the job shows to be completed successfully. Additionally the Skype for Business / Lync Enabled Users are reporting 0 within the Skype for Business / Lync - User Adoption insight.
Causa

This is caused by the Skype for Business / Lync collections are pointed to a pool / cluster of servers.
Risoluzione

To correct this issue, point the collection at a single server in the pool and it should start collecting properly after that.
