Randomly user gets error opening CSR in Stat 5.7 after upgrade. It has to exit from Stat client and connect again.
This is an annoying issue to disconnect and connect to Stat 5.7 to open CSR.
Client is running on Citrix Host. Agent and database are on the same server which is running Aix 7.1 64Bit.
error:(2) null object Null object reference at line 24 in the function uf_gettextlenght for the object uo_richtext.
Development is unable to duplicate this issue in any fashion.
Customer needs to investigate User's Citrix permissions.
