An alarm has 3 severities. Normal, Medium and High
Right now it looks like there is only one option to send an email to only one severity. How to send an email to an email for Medium to one email address, for high to a different email.
Is there a way to configure this ?
Not at the moment. We have an enhancement request CR1692 which covers that request. This request is pending, together with another, similar CR’s in this area.
